Boeing Future of Flight and the Everett Factory Tour are accessible facilities. A limited number of wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Visitors needing assistance can check with the ticket desk in the lobby. A piece of identification such as a passport or driver's license must be left at the ticket desk for a wheelchair loan. Elevators serve all floors. All restrooms are wheelchair accessible. Strollers are allowed in the Boeing Future of Flight Gallery and all public areas; however, children under 4 feet (122 cm) tall and strollers are not allowed on the Boeing Tour.
Visitors confined to a wheelchair can be accommodated with advance notice on the 10:30 a.m. or 2:00 p.m. Boeing Tours. A limit of two wheelchairs per tour are allowed along with two family members or companions per wheelchair-confined visitor (based on availability). Please call 1-800-464-1476 to reserve.
Pets are not allowed inside the Future of Flight building and Factory Tour operation. If you are traveling with a pet, please know pets are not allowed to be kept inside of cars during your visit. Our parking lot does not have shade and on warm days cars become dangerously warm.
Service Animals are permitted in all public areas and on the tour. A Service Animal is a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability and does not include emotional support, comfort or companionship animals. Service Animals must be house-trained and must be kept under control at all times while on Boeing Future of Flight property. Service Animals exhibiting behavior that creates a risk to persons or property may be subject to removal.
