There are so many options available to you to design the perfect wedding day, including our Gallery, the beautiful outdoor Sky Deck, and our Grand Lobby!
The Sky Deck is a breathtaking venue for receptions, banquets and meetings on the Boeing Future of Flight rooftop.
- Tent is set up April through September every year.
- No start time limitations.
- Events must conclude by midnight.
The Grand Lobby:
This elegant space is perfect for receptions and special dinners. At the entrance, a 35-foot floor-to-ceiling glass wall frames a view of the Cascades and Mount Baker. At the opposite side, guests gaze down upon the Aerospace Gallery.
- Earliest start time available is 6:30 p.m.
- Events must conclude by midnight.
The Gallery:
With its soaring 52-foot ceiling, the Aerospace Gallery dazzles and provides a dramatic backdrop for memorable functions.

BOEING TOUR
Boeing Future of Flight is home to the world-renowned Boeing Tour. People come from all over the world to take this 90-minute tour of the Everett Boeing Plant. It's a terrific activity for guests throughout the weekend.
CATERING
Boeing Future of Flight has a list of approved caterers to our facility. Please submit a request to our Events team for a list of approved caterers.
All food and beverages must be purchased through approved caterers. Cakes are the only exception to this policy.
